Extends from eight months to twenty-four months the period in which domesticated animals, straying across the boundary line into any foreign country or driven across such boundary line by the owner for temporary pasturage purposes only, may be accorded duty-free status under the U.S. Tariff Schedules upon reentry into the United States.
