Imposes criminal penalties on anyone traveling in interstate commerce or using any facility of interstate commerce with intent: (1) to assault, injure, or kill any police officer or firman; (2) to encourage, incite, promote, aid, or abet any other person to assault, injure, or kill and police officer or fireman; or (3) to teach or demonstrate to any other person, the use, application, or method for manufacture of any dangerous or deadly weapon, explosive, or incendiary device, or other technique capable of causing injury or death, knowing or having reason to believe that the same will be unlawfully employed for the purpose of assaulting, injuring, or killing any police officer or fireman.
Authorizes the Attorney General of the United States to pay an amount not to exceed $50,000 for information and services concerning a violation of this Act.
Sets forth criminal penalties for attaching or resisting police authority by force or violence, or the assassination of any police officer. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 1752)
