A bill to provide price support for milk at not less than 87 1/2 percent of the parity price therefor.

Provides that on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on March 31, 1976, the price of milk shall be supported, under the Agricultural Act, at not less than 87 1/2 percent of the parity price therefor.

Provides that the parity price for milk shall be adjusted by the Secretary of Agriculture at the beginning of each quarter to reflect any change in the index of prices paid by farmers for production items, interest, taxes, and wage rates.
