A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide an individual tax credit for disaster preparation expenses.

Provides an individual tax credit under the Internal Revenue Code for up to $200 of the expenses incurred to prevent damage to a taxpayer's personal residence or to protect the lives of inhabitants of such residence from the effect of an imminent natural disaster.
