A bill to amend the Internal Code of 1954 to provide a limited exclusion from gross income for interest on deposits in banks and certain other savings institutions.

Provides an exclusion from gross income under the Internal Revenue Code of up to $750 ($1500 if an individual and his spouse file jointly) of interest on deposits in banks, credit unions, and other savings institutions.
