A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to revise the pay structure for Federal employees whose duties primarily relate to firefighting.
Federal Firefighters Salary Act - Provides for coverage, under the provisions of Federal law relating to Federal employee pay rates and systems, to every Federal employee whose primary duties are directly connected with the control or extinguishment of fires or the maintenance of fine equipment or the supervisors or administrator's of such functions. Prescribes the pay scale for such employees. (Adds 5USC 5366)
