Northern Irish Relief Act

Northern Irish Relief Act - Authorizes the issuance of twenty-five thousand special immigrant visas to residents of Northern Ireland seeking to avoid the consequences of war. Provides that the spouse and children of such aliens may be issued special immigrant visas notwithstanding such numerical limitation.
