A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act so as to gradually increase, and ultimately remove, the limitation upon the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits thereunder.

Provides for an annual increase in the limitation on the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits under Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act. Provides that by January 1, 1978, all limitations on income under such Act shall be eliminated.
