Industrial Fisheries Development Act - Directs the Secretary of Commerce to carry out a three-year program to develop the industrial fisheries resources in the coastal waters of the United States and in areas of the high seas adjacent to such waters. Specifies that the program is to assist in the development and utilization of species of fish suitable for industrial purposes.
Provides that the Secretary shall acquire the necessary vessels and equipment for conducting such research. Authorizes $3,000,000 to carry out this program commencing fiscal year 1976 and ending fiscal year 1980.
