A bill to amend section 13(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exempt from the child labor provisions of such act certain individuals employed in the harvesting or preparation of seafood.

Exempts from the Fair Labor Standards Act child labor provisions of individuals between the ages of fourteen and sixteen employed with the consent of parent or guardian in the harvesting or preparation of seafood.
