A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase the amount of outside earnings permitted each year without any deductions from benefits thereunder.

Increases the amount of outside earnings from $200 to $833.34 permitted each month without any deductions from benefits under title II of the Social Security Act (relating to Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance).
