A bill to amend the Automobile Information Disclosure Act to provide for the disclosure of fuel consumption by certain automobiles, under rules prescribed by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Requires, under the Automobile Information Disclosure Act, that automobile manufacturers affix additional information to the windshield of new automobiles. Specifies the content of such new data, including the average number of miles per unit of fuel, as determined by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, including differences due to: (1) power-absorbing accessories; (2) different driving conditions; and (3) fuel economy options.
