A bill to direct the Administrator of the General Services Administration to transfer the Old Post Office Building located in the District of Columbia to the National Endowment for the Arts.

Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration to transfer, without reimbursement, the Old Post Office Building located in the District of Columbia to the National Endowment for the Arts.

Requires such transfer to be made within one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
