A bill to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 and the Interstate Commerce Act to authorize reduced fare transportation on a space-available basis for persons who are 65 years of age or older.

Authorizes, under the Federal Aviation Act and the Interstate Commerce Act, reduced common carrier transportation fare on airlines and railroads on a space-available basis for persons who are sixty-five years of age or older.
