A bill to amend section 110 of title 38, United States Code, to liberalize the standard for preservation of disability evaluations for compensation purposes.

Provides for the preservation of disability ratings by the Veterans Administration for purposes when such ratings have been continuously in force for ten or more years (now twenty or more years) (Amends 38 U.S.C. 110).
