A bill to provide that poultry and meat products prepared from diseased animals shall be deemed adulterated.

Provides that poultry and meat products prepared from animals which were at the time of slaughter diseased in whole or in part shall be deemed adulterated under the Poultry Products Inspection Act and the Federal Meat Inspection Act.
