A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that full benefits (when based upon the attainment of retirement age) will be payable at age 60 (with such benefits being payable in reduced amounts at age 57 in most cases.

Provides that full benefits shall be paid at age 60 now age 65 under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act (with such benefits being payable in reduced amounts at age 57, now age 62, in specified cases).
