A bill to provide for the sale of certain property acquired by the United States during World War II to the former owners.

Provides for the sale of property, which was not used for the purposes for which it was purchased or, on December 31, 1974, was not being used for any purpose and was acquired by the United States during World War II, to the former owners or persons who would be their successors in interest.
