A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for travel and transportation expenses on the return of an employee who was a past resident of certain areas outside the continental United States from a post of duty to which he or she transferred in the continental United States.

Authorizes the payment by the Federal Government of travel and transportation expenses on the return of an employee from a post of duty to which he or she transferred in the continental United States from residence in Hawaii, Alaska, the territories or possession, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the Canal Zone.
