Extends the protection of the Executive Protective Service to foreign diplomatic missions located in the United States. (Amends 3 U.S.C. 202, 203)
Revises the numerical limitation for employees of the Executive Protective Service to allow the Secretary of the Treasury to determine the number of employees necessary to carry out its functions.
