A bill to require Federal agencies to report to Congress certain expenditures made for or on behalf of Members of Congress or employees of Congress and to provide for the reimbursement of such expenditures.

Requires Federal agencies incurring travel expenses on behalf of a Member of Congress, an employee of a Member of Congress, or an employee of a Congressional Committee to report such expenditure to the Committee of Congress approving such travel. Requires such committee to reimburse such agency for such expenditure.
