A bill to make supplemental appropriations for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service to conduct pest control programs with respect to the Mediterranean fruit fly and the citrus black fly, and for the Agricultural Research Service to conduct research with respect to the citrus black fly.

Makes supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 1977 to the Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, of $4,200,000 to conduct a pest control program with respect to the Mediterranean fruit fly and $1,100,000 to conduct a pest control program with respect to the citrus black fly. Appropriates $220,000 to the Agricultural Research Service of the Department for fiscal year 1977 to conduct research with respect to the control of the citrus black fly.
