Nepotism Reform Act - Expands the prohibition of the employment by any public official of any relative of such public official in an agency in which such official services or over which such official exercises jurisdiction or control to cover the Legislative branch.
Redefines "relative" for the purposes of such prohibition to include an individual who is related to the public official as father, mother, uncle, aunt, stepfather, stepmother, spouse, or any descendant or ancestor of any of the foregoing.
