A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit the adoption of more than two children.

Deletes the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act which limit to two the number of petitions for preference status which may be granted to a petitioner on behalf of an alien orphan immigrating to the United States for adoption.
