A bill to provide for the burial in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Va., of the remains of an unknown American who lost his life while serving overseas in the Armed Forces of the United States during the Vietnam conflict.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Defense to bring back the remains of an unidentified American who lost his life during the Vietnam conflict and to provide for the burial of such person in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia.

Authorizes appropriations in such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
