Hazardous Materials Transportation Act Amendments - Amends the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act to require shippers of hazardous materials (presently extremely hazardous) to file registration statements with the Secretary of Transportation.
Authorizes appropriations of $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1977 and 1978 to carry out the provisions of such Act.
