A bill to require the Social Security Administration, the Veterans' Administration, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service to provide, in connection with any response to any person requesting information or assistance from any of such agencies, a card suitable for mailing inquiring into the opinion of such person concerning the promptness, courtesy, and fairness with which such request was handled by such agency.
Requires the Social Security Administration, the Veteran's Administration, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service to issue a Call Card to any person requesting assistance.
States that such Call Card shall from such agency, solicit such person's opinion concerning the promptness, courtesy, and fairness with which his or her request was handled. Provides that the Call Card be preaddressed with the name and address of the United States Representative serving the district in which such person resides.
