A bill to amend the act of August 10, 1956, as amended; section 716 of title 10, United States Code; section 1006 of title 37 United States Code; and, sections 8501(1)(B) and 8521(a)(1) of title 5, United States Code.

Includes the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration within provisions authorizing the President to transfer any commissioned officer from such individual's armed force to another armed force.

Deems the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration a member of an armed force to up to three months' pay in advance upon a change of permanent station.

Includes former members of the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration within the classification "ex-servicemen" for purposes of Federal employee unemployment compensation.
