A bill to provide for the administration of title III of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 by the Comptroller General of the United States.

Provides for the administration of title III of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 (known as the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act) by the Comptroller General of the United States.

Amends the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act to make the Comptroller General responsible for collecting and compiling the accounting and registration reports lobbyists are required to file pursuant to such Act.
