A bill to amend certain provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 relating to the collection of fees in connection with the use of Federal areas for outdoor recreation purposes.

Requires each Federal agency providing sites, facilities, equipment or services relating to outdoor recreation to collect special recreation use fees, with no exemption, for the use of facilities which all visitors may be expected to utilize.
