A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to make section 208 (acts affecting a personal financial interest) and section 209 (salary of Government officials and employees payable only by United States) applicable to the President and Vice President of the United States.

Extends to the President and Vice President of the United States the provisions of Federal law prohibiting Federal employes from participating in acts affecting a personal financial interest and from receiving compensation for services in his on her official capacity from sources other than the United States Government.
