Bicentennial Land Heritage Act - Establishes the Bicentennial Land Heritage Program for the acquisition, improvement, rehabilitation, and maintenance of units of the National Wildlife Refuge System, and for the improvement of recreation facilities within such System.
Authorizes the appropriation of specified sums for land acquisition for, development and operation of, and deferred facility maintenance on, units of the National Wildlife Refuge System.
