A bill to provide for protection of the spouse of major Presidential and Vice-Presidential nominees.
Provides for Secret Service Protection for the spouse of a Presidential or Vice Presidential nominee of a major political party upon request of such nominee for 60 days prior to the general Presidential election.
Authorizes Secret Service protection for the immediate family of the President elect, unless such protection is declined.
