A bill to amend title 39, United States Code, to provide for the mailing of correspondence to Members of the Congress free of postage, and for other purposes.

Permits postage-free-mailing of correspondence to any Member of Congress by residents of the State or district represented by such Member which is sent to the Member's official business address.
