A bill to authorize Federal payment, from sums appropriated for supplemental security income benefits under title XVI of the Social Security Act, of the cost of returning certain recipients of such benefits to their homelands.

Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to authorize the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to pay the cost of returning recipients of such benefits to their homelands.

States that such payment may be made only for individuals who intend to reside permanently in the land to which they return.
