A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to make it clear that payment may be made under the supplementary medical insurance program for wheelchairs and other durable medical equipment furnished on a lease-purchase basis.

Amends Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to specifically include under the supplementary medical insurance program under such Title payment for wheelchairs and other durable medical equipment such as iron lungs and hospital beds which are furnished on a lease-purchase basis.
