A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that certain service performed by members of the Armed Forces in combat zones shall be counted twice in determining the number of their quarters of coverage.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that service performed by members of the Armed Forces in combat zones shall be counted twice in determining the number of quarters of Social Security coverage of such service personnel.

Limits to four the number of additional quarters which may be so earned.
