A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code with regard to an employer's duties in connection with the recording and reporting of tips.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to specify that the only records which an employer shall be required to keep in connection with charged tips shall be charge receipts and copies of statements furnished by employees.
