A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to contract with the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District of New Mexico for the payment of operation and maintenance charges on certain Pueblo Indian lands.

Amends Acts authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to contract with the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District of New Mexico for maintenance and operation on specified Pueblo Indian lands to delete the five-year limitation on authorizations of annual appropriations to pay the costs of such maintenance and operation.
