A bill to amend the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940 to place certain limitations on the exemption of a member of the Armed Forces from the personal property taxes of the jurisdiction in which the member is stationed.

Amends the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940 to limit the present exemption granted to members of the Armed Forces from the personal property taxes of the jurisdiction in which the member is stationed to those individuals who claim as a residence or domicile a State or political subdivision which imposes a similar tax as the State or political subdivision in which the member is stationed.
