A bill to amend the Mutual Security Act of 1954 to provide that foreign currencies owned by the United States shall be available for use by the Select Committee on Aging and the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control of the House of Representatives in connection with foreign travel by the members and employees of such select committee.
