A bill to provide capitation grants to medical, osteopathic, and dental schools for increasing the enrollment of students form disadvantaged backgrounds.

Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make annual grants to schools of medicine, osteopathy, and dentistry for the support of educational programs of such schools relating to the special needs of students from disadvantaged backgrounds enrolled in such schools.

Authorizes appropriations of $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1978 to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Sets forth eligibility requirements for funds made available under this Act.
