A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide for a partial exclusion of veterans' pensions from an individual's income for purposes of determinating his or her eligibility for supplemental security income benefits.

Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to permit the exclusion of up to $240 per year of income from a veterans' pension in computing the veterans' income for the purpose of determining his or her eligibility for supplemental security income benefits.
