A bill to direct the Administrator of General Services to acquire by exchange certain property in the possession of the Texas National Guard.

Directs the Administrator of General Services to purchase property suitable for use as a training facility for the Texas National Guard and to exchange such property for specified real property presently held by the Texas National Guard. Authorizes appropriations in such amounts as may be necessary for such purpose.
