A bill to rescind certain budget authority recommended in the message of the President of July 1, 1976 (H. Doc. 94-542) and in the communication of the comptroller General of July 15, 1976 (H. Doc. 94-556), transmitted pursuant to the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

Rescinds, pursuant to the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, specified budget authority contained in the message of the President of July 1, 1976 (H. Doc. 94-542), and in the communication of the Comptroller General of July 15, 1976 (H. Doc. 94-556), for salaries and expenses of the Office of Drug Abuse Policy.
