A bill to authorize appropriations for purposes of making certain grants under the Indian Elementary and Secondary Assistance Act, Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 and the Adult Education Act.

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 1977 of $150,000 under the Indian Elementary and Secondary School Assistance Act, $1,200,000 under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, and $632,000 under the Adult Education Act for the continuation of specified grants authorized under those Acts.

Requires that such grants be made to applicants whose grants were approved but not funded during fiscal year 1975, and to those notified of grant consideration during fiscal year 1976.

Directs the Commissioner of Education to make such grants for fiscal year 1977 not to exceed $37,500 under the Indian Elementary and Secondary School Assistance Act, $300,000 under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, and $158,000 under the Adult Education Act.
