National Environmental Regorganization Act - Abolishes the Environmental Protection Agency. Transfers its functions conferred by the Environmental Quality Improvement Act of 1970, the National Environmental Policy Act of 1968, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to the Department of the Interior.
Transfers the functions of the Agency created by the Solid Waste Disposal Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. Transfers Agency authority under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to the Department of Agriculture and authority under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Vests Agency authority under the Noise Control Act of 1972 and the Noise Pollution and Abatement Act of 1970 in the Department of Transportation.
