A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for the reclassification of positions of deputy U.S. marshal, to include supervisory and managerial or specialists positions.

Specifies the pay rate for deputy United States marshals, as defined by this Act, at designated Federal general schedule pay levels. Grants promotions to deputy marshals who are at specified pay levels on the date on which this Act becomes effective.
