States that a medical officer of the Armed Forces who participated in the Berry Plan and who is serving an initial active duty of two years shall be paid an amount not to exceed $9,000 for each full year of his remaining active duty obligation, and prorated amounts for periods of remaining active duty obligation of less than a year, if he executes a written active-duty agreement to remain on active duty for one or more years beyond such obligation.
