A bill to establish a national commission on neighborhoods.
National Neighborhood Policy Act - Establishes a National Commission on Neighborhoods to include four members from the House and the Senate and 16 public members appointed by the President.
Sets forth the duties of the Commission, which include studying the factors necessary for neighborhood survival and revitalization and making recommendations for modification of existing laws and policies.
Makes provisions for the administration of the Commission. Authorizes the appropriation of a sum not to exceed $2,000,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
